Cattle Receipts:  325          Last week:  616          Last year:  577

Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady, while bulls were 4.00 to 
5.00 higher.  Feeder cattle were mostly steady.  Demand, market activity, and 
buyer interest were moderate.  Offerings of cattle were light.  Cattle quality 
was average.

Slaughter cows made up 10 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 5 percent, 
replacement cows 0 percent, and feeders 85 percent.  The feeder supply included 
34 percent steers, 40 percent heifers, and 25 percent bulls.  Near 20 percent 
of the run weighed over 600 lbs.  (Figures in parentheses are weighted average 
weights and prices for each category)
